Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leading technical projects from ideation to completion.
  • Experience with micro-services architecture, database design, high-availability systems, and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices within a team.
  • Ability to learn and drive implementation and ideation of solutions using cloud technologies.
  • Ability to lead and influence technical decisions across a team or organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical designs or solutions.

  • Lead and drive the design, development, and evolution of extensible platforms, bring-in innovation, and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver solutions for the customers.
  • Drive the architecture and implementation of quality services ensuring solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, shape roadmaps, and deliver technical solutions to business problems.
  • Manage tests, troubleshoot and resolve systemic issues, and ensure health and performance of the systems. Mentor other engineers, promote a culture of technical excellence, and advocate best practices in software development, code reviews, and documentation.
