Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, supervision, and team leadership.
- 2 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
Responsibilities
- Design, guide, and vet systems designs for cross-platform client infrastructure, including the Mobile framework, Elements framework, and Wiz web framework.
- Manage core project deliverables and timelines for the team’s priorities.
- Drive operational excellence in performance and reliability, maintaining Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical user journeys. Manage, mentor, and train a team of engineers, ensuring high engagement and professional development through regular feedback and performance management. Drive the Studio 2026 roadmap and strategize the future.
- Develop and implement Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) driven prototyping tools to accelerate the journey from idea to implementation. Facilitate technical escalations and decision-making to unblock any hindrances within the team. Partner with Product Management and Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to ensure effective collaboration.
