Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience in software development with a focus on integer programming, linear programming, or constraint programming.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$307,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead technical direction for the team by designing and architecting highly available, reliable, and scalable customer-facing systems.
  • Drive software design and implementations while adhering to software best practices and architectural considerations on a project-wide level.
  • Collaborate across teams effectively, driving requirements and converting the outcomes into simplified solutions.
  • Analyze AI/ML applications, performance monitoring, identify key problem areas, work with various dependency teams, prioritize and drive solutions effectively to consensus.
  • Drive projects to improve development velocity, engineering excellence and product excellence.
