As Country Manager for Chile, AWS, you will drive revenue, adoption and market penetration for AWS in Chile, including launching a new region. You will develop and execute account coverage plans, engage CXOs and technical leaders, and lead a high-performing team to meet quarterly revenue targets. You will collaborate with partners to extend reach, build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with C-level and different stakeholders.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience- 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or equivalent experience leading cross-functional teams
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, within technical and business settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
