Responsibilities include hands-on break-fix, troubleshooting, media operations, capacity planning, and site management, with shift work including weekends and holidays after training.

• Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline

Basic Qualifications
- Show interest in learning computing hardware and operation systems. Good written and verbal communication English- Good attention to details. Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Fresh Graduate or Up to 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines is a plus but not required- Knowledge in Computer Server Hardware, Linux Operation System, or any operations, processes and continuous processes improvement
- Literacy in security and customer data protection
