Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth
- Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
- Manage complex infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
- Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in people management and team development
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
- Experience in at least one infrastructure tech domain (e.g. networking, storage, server, OS Windows/Linux platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data center engineering or operations
