Drive growth of AWS adoption in large enterprise accounts in the Baltic region. Own the strategic account plan, engage with C-level and technical decision-makers, and collaborate with partners, solutions architects, and marketing to expand AWS presence. Articulate compelling value propositions, accelerate customer adoption, and ensure long-term customer success. This role focuses on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth with enterprise clients.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a group of cloud technologies at Amazon Web Services in the Baltics.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining your strategy and driving its execution. You will be growing the AWS business through collaborating with partners, solutions architects, business development, lead development and marketing.
You have ownership of strategic AWS customers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid sales background that enables them to drive global engagement at the executive level as well as with builders.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales or business development- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with Enterprise clients in the Baltic region- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Bachelors’ degree or higher is a plus
- Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
