As a Partner Success Specialist within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will scale AWS customer success methodologies across the partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate value realization post-implementation. You will architect and implement frameworks, metrics, and governance to enable partners as extensions of AWS’s customer success organization, blending strategic enablement with hands-on execution. The role involves partnering with PDMs and Partner Sales, guiding post-sale enablement, and building scalable measurement approaches for partner-led outcomes, while influencing senior stakeholders on transformation and ROI.

As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate customer value realization. You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post-implementation. This role combines strategic enablement with hands-on execution to establish partners as extensions of AWS's customer success organization.

We're looking for individuals with:
- Deep expertise in partner enablement and post-sale value delivery
- Strong program management and operational excellence capabilities
- Proven ability to influence and drive change across complex organizations
- Experience working with enterprise partners and cloud services
- Experience using AI to automate and scale work more effectively


Key job responsibilities
Strategy and Approach:
- Align partner success strategies with AWS growth objectives
- Adapt CS CoE 'Activate to Advocate' framework for partners
- Create partner success metrics, health scores, playbooks, and governance models
- Architect scalable measurement approaches for partner-led outcomes and contribute to AWS Value Realization Toolkit

Partner Enablement and Program Execution:
- Enable partners to build customer success practices impacting business models
- Guide partners post-sale and deploy health frameworks and interventions
- Build adoption, change management, and engagement toolkits
- Coach partners on systematic value realization approaches and build feedback mechanisms to evolve frameworks
- Measure and track partner-led value realization through milestones, metrics, and KPIs

Organizational Leadership & Influence:
- Partner with PDMs and collaborate with Partner Sales to drive framework adoption and accelerate consumption
- Work with Partner Development Specialists on industry playbooks
- Build cross-AWS relationships to drive program adoption
- Influence senior stakeholders on organizational transformation and develop business cases demonstrating ROI

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
- Proven track record of implementing value realization frameworks at scale

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of key technology and market trends
- Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery
- Experience implementing AWS/cloud services
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Associate's degree or above, or AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification
- Experience working with systems integrators and consulting companies to achieve sales
- Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise digital transformation
- Track record of building partner capabilities and driving partner-led growth
