Amazon Leo Enterprise Technology is seeking a Principal TPM to lead end-to-end, large-scale productivity and manufacturing programs from conception through delivery and operations. You will define program vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical capabilities, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and business teams. The role focuses on infrastructure and AI integration to support scalable AI/ML workloads, cloud/edge/hybrid infrastructure, and reliability across distributed manufacturing environments, including leading our M365 GCC/High Enclaves. You will manage resource allocation, create and maintain program documentation, and partner with engineering leaders to define technical architecture and implementation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale productivity and manufacturing initiatives, from conception through delivery and operations
- Define program vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business objectives and technical capabilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and business teams
- Establish program governance frameworks, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility
Infrastructure & AI Integration
- Architect and implement infrastructure solutions that support AI/ML workloads at scale
- Drive adoption of cloud services, edge computing, on-premises bare metal, and hybrid infrastructure models to support manufacturing operations
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into manufacturing processes, quality control, and predictive maintenance systems
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security across distributed manufacturing environments
- Lead our M365 GCC/High Enclaves
Manufacturing Operations & Optimization
- Lead technical programs for Leo productivity
- Implement Industry best practices and regulatory frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement programs leveraging AI for process optimization, yield improvement, and defect reduction
- Establish productivity efficiency and collaboration
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership, engineering directors, manufacturing operations, and external partners
- Communicate complex technical concepts and program status to diverse audiences including executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across organizations with competing priorities
- Influence without authority to achieve program objectives
Key job responsibilities
Lead large-scale technical programs across enterprise engineering teams, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Drive requirements gathering and analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, execution plans, and success metrics
Partner with engineering leaders to define technical architecture and implementation strategies
Facilitate decision-making processes across multiple stakeholder groups
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across teams
Create and maintain program documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and status reports
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
