The Program Manager supports the delivery of technical site due diligence projects across AWS regions, working within defined processes to enable efficient site risk assessments. They coordinate procurement, contracting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting under the guidance of Technical Due Diligence Managers, applying project management best practices across the due diligence lifecycle. This role focuses on administrative and coordination activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of due diligence projects. It also contributes to developing standard operating procedures and maintains project management systems and records.

The Program Manager supports the delivery of technical site due diligence projects across new and existing AWS regions. Operating within well-defined processes and frameworks, this role performs administrative and coordination functions that enable the Due Diligence team to execute site risk assessments efficiently. The Program Manager works under the guidance of Technical Due Diligence Managers, applying project management best practices to support procurement, contracting, document management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting activities across the due diligence project lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities
- Coordinating procurement activities in support of due diligence projects, including soliciting proposals from engineering and technical consultancies, supporting contract execution, and initiating purchase order (PO) creation in accordance with established procurement processes.
- Identifying and maintaining project stakeholder lists, supporting communication and coordination between internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle. ·
- Managing project documentation, including organizing and maintaining due diligence study materials, consultant deliverables, and project records in designated document management systems.
- Reporting key project metrics and status updates to Due Diligence Managers and other stakeholders, ensuring the right information is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
- Updating and maintaining project management systems to reflect current project status, milestones, and action items across the due diligence project portfolio.
- Supporting the development and iteration of standard operating procedures and administrative processes to improve efficiency across the due diligence program.
- Performing other administrative duties as required to support the timely and quality delivery of due diligence projects.

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Experience providing administrative support for due diligence, site assessment, land development, or infrastructure projects
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment supporting technical or professional services teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
