Join Amazon as a Software Development Engineer II focused on Prime Video Content Localization and Accessibility. Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand and define project requirements.
- Designing and developing highly reliable, scalable, and distributed systems.
- Delivering quality features on-time and execution against project plans and delivery commitments.
- Working with team members to manage the day-to-day development activities, participate in designs, design review, code review, implementation, and operational excellence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner..
- Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate best practices into development workflows
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
