Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to work with enterprise customers in Melbourne to craft cloud-based solutions using AWS services. You will collaborate with AWS sales, business development, solutions architecture and product teams to design scalable, resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate AWS adoption. You will scale your customer advisory and thought leadership by developing solutions and sharing knowledge through blogs, white papers, presentations and go-to-market documentation. You will advocate for customers and work with service teams to raise the bar on solving customer problems.
Key job responsibilities
Work with customers to solve complex problems by deploying the right configuration of AWS Services
Scale your Customer Advisory the Thought Leadership by building solutions for customer problems and then scaling them through blogs, white papers, presentations and Go-To-Market documentation that enables those around you to leverage your great work.
Advocate for customers and advance AWS Services by working with service teams to raise the bar in how we solve problems for customers
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience- 5+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience- Experience working with end user or developer communities
