Position Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, including fielding and handling customer issues via phone, chat, and email. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions for critical, highly complex, customer problems that span multiple AWS services. Work with development teams to establish and improve end-to-end service support. Drive customer communication during critical events. Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the AWS customer community and internal training. Assist customers on a wide variety of topics, including AWS cloud architecture, migration and troubleshooting complex performance issues. Mentor junior support engineers.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $95,600/year to $160,000/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) configuring, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems, including cloud virtualization, distributed networks, and co-location; (2) providing Linux or Windows Operating System support; and (3) deploying and troubleshooting LAN, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP, IPsec and IDS/IPS systems.#0000
