About the job Job purpose Our department is committed to offering to our customer entities cloud-based solutions that run with the expected performance and robustness, while being efficient and cost-effective. The AXA GO ‘CAT NAT Risks’ product is composed of 8 different applications fully inhouse and is critical to assess the level of P&C Cat Insurance. GO is operating (applicative development and infrastructure) with the mission from AXA GIE to evolve the framework to recent strategic decision (move external services to AXA, enhance internal model, integrate the reinsurance scope, develop pricing capacities). Operating within an Azure Cloud environment, the product is supported by a multidisciplinary team including a Product Manager, Project Managers, and a team of 18 technical experts across France and Portugal. Main missions Your responsibilities, around 8 applications include: Incident resolution Technical tests Managing business requests: incident resolution on the tools, new enhancements implementation, request for support, request for information Ensure, implement and follow-up compliance of the applications, linked to AXA standards (security, internal controls, data privacy …) Qualify, analyze, design and deploy new business needs Define and execute test plans Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, working with other IT teams as Network and infrastructure to resolve issues quickly. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience and technical skills Experience with large volume / optimization in C# Rigor and Excellent level in algorithmics Good experience in using cloud APIs Good knowledge of cloud frameworks (Azure batch, serviceIO, etc.) Be keen about security when coding Good experience in developing CI/CD pipelines C# and associated framework SQL Expertise in using Azure DevOps and related tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Jenkins, and Docker. Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery/deployment (CD) concepts and methodologies Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud Experience on best practices in terms of architecture design (AD, Storage, Managed services, etc.) Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and DevOps methodologies. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 7-8 years of professional experience Soft skills / transversal skills Good communication skills Attentive, available and reliable with good team spirit Proactivity and results orientation (be able to propose new ideas to optimize memory, simulation time and infrastructure cost. ) Willing to learn and accept new challenges (Be open to work with other languages) Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science, Engineering Fluent in English Where will you be in the organization?
