Join AXA Partners as a Solution Architect within the Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP) business. You will lead the architecture strategy to develop agile, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that foster innovation and reduce technical debt. Playing a key role in the transformation program, you will help modernize our application landscape, onboard new applications, and advance our Agile and DevOps initiatives across multiple locations. What you’ll be doing: Define and produce architectural diagrams and detailed design documents for supported domains Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies Design and validate cloud-native, scalable, and resilient solutions Build proof of concepts as part of the design process Deliver measurable, quality solutions to functional & non-functional requirements. Add value in all stages of project/support work (definition, development, deployment) Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to implement innovative architectures and support governance standards Identify process improvements and support continuous learning of technological trends Support the delivery of high-quality, measurable solutions throughout project cycles What you’ll bring: 8+ years experience in IT, with comprehensive knowledge of application design, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and modern data technologies Proven expertise in designing cloud-native, scalable, resilient, and agile applications Strong understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles Hands-on experience with microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), REST APIs, and DevOps practices Detailed knowledge of Continuous integration / Continuous deployment / DevOps methodologies Experience with Data Centre migration, re-location or consolidation projects Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment Experience in financial, insurance, or healthcare industries is a plus Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies is advantageous Join us to shape the future of AXA Partners’ technology landscape and deliver innovative solutions that add real value to our customers!
