We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in Pune .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure secure, resilient, and high-performing Windows servers environments through proactive administration, maintenance, and vulnerability patching—supporting BNY ’s commitment to operational excellence. Understanding of Windows and Linux administration and patching will be big plus.
- Ability to administer and support VMs on VMware virtualization and hybrid cloud infrastructure initiatives by applying deep knowledge of private and public cloud ecosystems—enabling scalable and secure technology solutions for our clients.
- Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Python, ASP.NET, and JavaScript to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery across production platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and uphold SDLC best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in line with BNY Mellon’s technology strategy.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure resiliency and disaster recovery exercises.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise-level server administration, automation, scripting, and servers infrastructure management for applications hosted on-prem and on public cloud.
- Hands-on expertise with Ansible, Python, ASP.NET, JavaScript, GIT, and CI/CD tools, with a strong understanding of secure development practices.
- Proven ability to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a client-first mindset.
- Experience leading teams or mentoring peers, with a collaborative spirit and flexibility to support 24/7 production environments—including shift and weekend coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the regions of US, EMEA, APAC.
