We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Asset Servicing Engineering team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications by utilizing industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that enhance user experience and system performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure high quality and performant code through comprehensive testing and debugging processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of BNY's technology solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies to advance BNY's engineering capabilities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 9-12 years of experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, demonstrating expertise in full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Knowledge of cloud storage solutions (S3 / Azure Blob Storage / Google Cloud Storage).
• Hands-on experience with code release management, including GitHub-based version control, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and practical experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases in fullstack development projects.
• Experience of working in POD structures within an agile paradigm. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in deploying, managing, and monitoring applications in cloud environments.

• Understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and best practices.
