We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and Lake Mary/LM.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide expert technical support for application systems by identifying and resolving complex issues, ensuring the stability and efficiency of operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system performance and user experience, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Lead incident management efforts by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to swiftly address and mitigate service disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for application support to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement through data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging team collaboration and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. **EXPERIENCE:** - Typically 6-10 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client service.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in managing and resolving complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
