The Opportunity:

Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply specific functional knowledge, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of more junior employees.

You Have:

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services

  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and command-line interfaces, including bash

  • Experience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and infrastructure as code tools, including Terraform or Vault

  • Experience with platform-as-a-service technologies, including Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of network technologies, including DNS, load balancing, and TLS

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience developing and deploying enterprise cloud-native solutions, or 12+ years of experience developing and deploying enterprise cloud-native solutions in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience programming in Python and Java

  • Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks

  • Experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for GitLab CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness

  • Experience triaging and resolving issues for both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments

  • Experience with containerization tools

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools

  • Experience with Git or GitLab

  • Experience applying cloud security principles

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Master's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
