Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise technology solutions, aligning with business objectives and architectural standards.
* Apply Agility core practices to drive efficient and adaptive project delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
* Utilize advanced Analytics to monitor system performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions for optimization and problem resolution.
* Provide technical Coaching and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring best practices are adopted across the team.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
* Manage Configuration management and release processes, ensuring consistency, reliability, and auditability of all deployments.
* Implement and manage Continuous deployment and release pipelines, automating software delivery and minimizing manual effort.
* Be responsible for Digital Project Management activities for technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive consensus and innovation.
* Ensure the security and integrity of enterprise systems by implementing and adhering to standard processes in Information Security.
* Develop and maintain Relational Data Modelling for various applications, ensuring data consistency and optimal performance.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks through proactive Risk Management strategies.
* Develop and implement automation scripts using various Scripting languages to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
* Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems through effective Service operations and resilience strategies.
* Handle Source control and code management systems, promoting collaborative development and maintaining code quality.
* Contribute to and lead aspects of System Design, creating scalable, resilient, and maintainable architectures.

Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in an enterprise technology engineering role, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* Deep understanding and practical application of Agility core practices.
* Proficiency in data Analytics tools and methodologies.
* Demonstrated experience in Coaching and mentoring technical teams.
* Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
* Extensive experience with Configuration management and release tools and processes.
* Solid expertise in Continuous deployment and release pipelines and methodologies.
* Strong background in Digital Project Management, including experience with various project management frameworks.
* Proven ability in Facilitation of technical and cross-functional meetings.
* In-depth knowledge of Information Security principles and best practices.

* Strong capabilities in Risk Management within a technology context.
* Advanced Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
* Demonstrated experience in Service operations and resilience engineering.
