What you’ll do?

• Manage, develop and motivate a team of DevOPs engineers, Integration engineers, QA analysts to help them grow in their technical expertise and meet their career aspirations
• Drive engineering teams to converge towards DevOPs best practices around cloud native applications, Kubernetes, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Prometheus and many other modern SaaS technology
• Work with teams across geography in deploying and supporting solutions developed by the engineering team and ensure that customers and stakeholders are well informed of the progress as well as of the risks.
• Provide technical leadership and direction and can comfortably deep dive into new technology
• Foster a continuous improvement cycle to build organizational efficiency in an informal environment where change is the norm.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree, M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or related
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in developing APIs and policies for large complex systems. B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or related/equivalent field
• At least 6-10 years of previous software engineering or related experience
• Has managed or lead a team of devops engineers, ideally delivering large scale systems in production
• Strong Agile background (eg. SCRUM/Kanban), able to practice and mentor others
• Excellent analytical skills, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
