Azure FinOps Consultant for Bangalore & Mumbai with 3 to 9 years experience focusing on Cloud Infrastructure Management. The role helps enterprise clients maximize business value from cloud investments by bridging IT, Finance, and Business. Key duties include cost optimization and analysis, financial management with commitment-based discounts, policy and governance, and reporting/insights. You will engage with CFOs and CTOs to translate cloud data into business-focused financial reports and forecasts.

Your Role
We are looking for Azure FinOps Consultant for Bangalore & Mumbai with 3 to 9 years experience who will primarily focus on Cloud Infrastructure Management units. The role focuses on helping enterprise clients achieve maximum business value from their cloud investments by bridging the gap between IT, Finance, and Business.
• Cost Optimization & Analysis: Review and analyze Azure usage patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities such as rightsizing, decommissioning idle resources, and leveraging Azure Advisor.
• Financial Management: Implement commitment-based discount models including Azure Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.
• Policy & Governance: Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, guardrails, and tagging strategies using Azure Policy to ensure financial accountability.
• Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain interactive financial dashboards using tools like Power BI or native Azure Cost Management tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and CTOs, translating technical cloud data into business-centric financial reports and forecasts.
Your Profile
- Hands-on experience with Azure platform components (VMs, AKS, SQL, Networking) and automation tools like Terraform or PowerShell.
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure Cost Management, Apptio Cloudability, or CloudHealth.
- Strong ability to work in a matrixed organization and manage client-facing advisory engagements
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP) is highly preferred.
- Associate or Professional level Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104 or AZ-305).
