Your role
- Certified in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3) with strong English bilingual communication skills.
- 6 months to 9 years in bilingual roles; freshers with Japanese language certification are welcome.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud), OS (Windows/Linux), and tools like ITIL, ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts for PAN India operations.
