The role includes Level 2-3 technical support, participation in planning and implementing projects to improve and evolve production systems, and administration of dedicated production IT infrastructure to ensure availability, security and performance. Job Description
En tant qu'Ingénieur Systèmes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien et l'évolution des systèmes de management de la production, ainsi que dans la gestion de l'infrastructure de nos lignes de production automatisées.
Missions Principales
- Support de Niveau 2 à 3 : Assurer le support technique des systèmes de management de la production, répondre aux incidents et aux demandes des utilisateurs avec efficacité et professionnalisme.
- Réalisation de Projets Évolutifs : Participer activement à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de projets visant à améliorer et à faire évoluer les systèmes de management de la production.
- Gestion de l'Infrastructure Systèmes : Administer et maintenir les systèmes et serveurs dédiés aux lignes de production automatisées, veiller à leur disponibilité, leur sécurité et leur performance.
- Proposition d'Évolutions : Identifier et proposer des améliorations de l'infrastructure en réponse aux besoins de transformations des systèmes et applications IT, en tenant compte des enjeux actuels et futurs de l'entreprise.
Profil Recherché
- Diplôme en ingénierie informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative dans un rôle similaire, de préférence en environnement industriel.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de management de la production et des infrastructures IT.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et esprit d'équipe.
