Capgemini is seeking a Google Cloud Tech Lead for the CIS department in Tokyo to design, deploy, and manage scalable GCP environments. You will automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform/Ansible (IaC), monitor cost and security, and troubleshoot complex issues while providing technical guidance. The role requires Japanese/English bilingual fluency and deep knowledge of core GCP services, networking, IAM, and security, with a focus on landing zones and secure cloud architecture.

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Design, deploy and manage scalable and secure GCP environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management (IaC, scripting).
- Monitor provisioning, cost optimization, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Japanese/English bilingual fluency.
In depth knowledge of core GCP services - compute engine, storage, Cloud functions, networking, IAM.
Strong experience in Terraform/ ansible (IaC).
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Load balancing, VPCs and network security.
Key Technologies:
- GCP Foundation: Deep, practical experience in designing and implementing GCP landing zones and organization structures based on the Google Cloud Adoption Framework.
- GCP Networking: Advanced knowledge of VPC design, Shared VPCs, hybrid connectivity (Interconnect, VPN), and load balancing.
- GCP Security: Expertise in implementing security best practices, including IAM, resource policies, and network security controls.
- Infrastructure as Code: Strong proficiency in Terraform for automating the deployment of GCP infrastructure.
