Job Description:

The Cloud and SRE Solution Architect is responsible for designing scalable, secure multi‑cloud architectures and embedding Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure high availability, resilience, and operational excellence. The role focuses on hybrid/multi‑cloud design, automation, observability, and enabling platform teams to build and operate systems efficiently across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop hybrid and multi‑cloud architectures aligned with business needs.
• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and datacenter transformation projects.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Drive incident management processes and facilitate post‑mortems.
• Automate reliability, capacity, and performance processes.
• Design and implement observability frameworks (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting).
• Instrument services for proactive monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Standardize CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Architect Kubernetes-based platforms and immutable infrastructure patterns.
• Ensure high system reliability, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams on solution designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and reliability engineering roles.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Architect certifications.
• SRE or DevOps-related certifications (preferred).
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic).
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with hybrid connectivity solutions (VPC/VNet, load balancers, DNS, service mesh).
• Background in datacenter transformation and cloud‑native re‑architecture.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
