Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Windows operating systems and retail POS environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.

- Deep knowledge of Splunk, including dashboard creation, SPL queries, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with POS hardware and system configuration.
- Familiarity with networking principles related to POS systems (e.g., VPNs, firewalls, IP configurations).
