We are seeking a Control-M Administrator to monitor and maintain the Control-M infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. You will design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows, apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes, and implement backup and recovery procedures. You will collaborate with application teams to define scheduling requirements, create and maintain job definitions, calendars, and dependencies, and optimize workflows to meet SLAs. The role also involves integrating Control-M with DevOps pipelines and cloud platforms, leveraging Automation API and forecasting features.

Your Role
- Monitor the Control-M infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows.
- Apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes to keep the Control-M environment up to date and secure.
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for the Control-M environment.
- Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to define and implement job scheduling requirements.
- Create and maintain job definitions, calendars, and scheduling conditions in Control-M to meet operational needs.
- Monitor job execution and troubleshoot issues related to job failures, dependencies, and resource allocation & Optimize workflows and job dependencies to improve efficiency and meet SLAs.
Your Profile
- 4-12 years expereince in L2/L3/L4 Control-M Scheduling and Administration
- Migration of jobs from any scheduler to Control-M/Helix.
- Upgrade of Control-M versions.
- Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M environment, including Control-M/Server, Control-M/Enterprise Manager, Control-M Agents, and related components.
