Your Role
- Manage and maintain end-to-end performance of applications, workloads, and environments.
- Analyze performance data and act on negative trends to identify root causes.
- Support and enhance systems to implement new business applications and technologies.
- Deploy maintenance in Dynatrace for configuration items (CIs) during off-business hours.
- Escalate and follow up with technical teams for issue resolution.
Your Profile
- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture.
- In-depth experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud services like AWS and Azure.
- Administration expertise in configuring monitoring within Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of Grafana and Zabbix.
