Your role is to manage and administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including RAML design, CloudHub, API Manager, Access Management, and DataWeave transformations. You will have hands-on experience with Git, SOAP web services, MUnit, and Anypoint Platform tooling, and will drive DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines. You will provide production support, triage issues, conduct RCA, and resolve incidents across environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and client engagement skills are essential.

Your Role
• Strong experience in RAML design, CloudHub, JMS, Database integrations, and DataWeave transformations
• Good hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Access Management)
• Proven experience with Git version control, SOAP Web Services, Batch Module, MUnit, and Anypoint Platform tooling
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices, primarily focusing on automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Hands-on experience in Issue Triaging, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and incident resolution in production environments
Your Profile
• Strong experience in managing Mule applications on CloudHub, including monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
• Good experience working with Anypoint Platform administration, deployments, and environment management
• Hands-on experience with Git, SOAP services, Batch processing, MUnit testing, and release support
• Good understanding of DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills for operational and support scenarios
• Extensive experience in production support, issue triage, RCA, and timely resolution
