Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments. Monitor production cloud environments, optimize performance and scalability, and ensure security and quality of cloud deployments. Build and automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) and leverage scripting with Python, Bash, Ansible, and Terraform in a Linux environment, while working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid clouds. Fluency in Polish is required and you will collaborate in an agile, self-organizing team.

YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:

Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods.

We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, low code, broadly understood Automation and AI.

The complexity and diversity of solutions allows to build close relationships with our clients on various levels, while also to give employees the opportunity to develop in a wide range of career paths. Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in agile and lean software engineering practices.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments
  • Monitor and maintain cloud environments in production
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of cloud environments
  • Ensure the quality and security of cloud environments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Practical knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift — scaling, security, and environment management
  • Ability to build and automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Solid foundation in Linux system administration
  • Familiarity with Ansible — automation, configuration, and bringing order to chaos
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Strong teamwork and version control skills
  • You speak fluent Polish — this is a must-have requirement

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
  • German language
