Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Testers with proven expertise in Salesforce Quality Assurance and deep experience testing complex FSC functionalities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating end-to-end business workflows within Financial Services Cloud, with added exposure to distribution management and preferably experience in the insurance sector (Preferred not Compulsory)
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, robust testing methodology expertise, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Design
- Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce FSC features and workflows.
- Understand business requirements and create test scenarios that ensure full coverage of FSC capabilities.
- Define and maintain functional, integration, system, and regression test suites.
Test Execution & Validation
- Conduct manual testing of complex FSC processes including:
- Client onboarding
- Household & relationship management
- Financial account management
- Distribution management flows
- Validate end-to-end FSC functionalities and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
- Execute integration tests covering upstream and downstream systems (APIs, middleware, data services).
- Perform regression testing for incremental Salesforce releases.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Identify defects, document them comprehensively, and track resolution through defect management systems.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and solution architects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).
Automation (Preferred)
- Provide input into automation strategies for Salesforce FSC testing.
- Utilize Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, UFT, or other relevant tools) where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience, with a minimum 2+ years specifically in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, flows, and configuration.
- Proven experience validating FSC-specific functionalities and customer journeys.
- Experience testing distribution management processes (preferred).
- Background in insurance domain (highly desirable).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
