Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive for FSSBU

Unified Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Define and execute a combined roadmap for innovation and presales aligned with business objectives.
  • Evangelize GenAI and Salesforce capabilities internally and externally; identify high-impact use cases with C-level stakeholders.
  • Shape market positioning through industry thought leadership, demos, and executive showcases.

Solution Innovation & Architecture

  • Lead design and development of GenAI-powered Salesforce solutions, embedding automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
  • Evaluate and integrate LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration tools into enterprise workflows.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

Presales Leadership & Deal Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end presales lifecycle: discovery, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, pricing models, and delivery approaches; act as a trusted advisor during the presales phase.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable assets, accelerators, and case studies to improve speed and win rates.

Team Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor innovative architects, presales consultants, and technical teams; foster a culture of agility and continuous learning.
  • Build strong relationships with Salesforce account teams, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders for co-sell and co-innovate opportunities.

Drive capability building through certifications, enablement programs, and reusable IP development

Ideal Candidate

20-25 years of IT experience with proven leadership in innovation and presales.
Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations).
Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI/ML concepts.
Strong solution architecture, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture.
