Senior .NET Azure Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The candidate should have strong backend expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, hands-on experience with Azure services, and be able to lead technical design, mentor team members, and influence architectural decisions and engineering best practices. Responsibilities include building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices, implementing security patterns, and leveraging Azure services such as App Service, Functions, SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage, and Service Bus.

Your Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Azure Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, hands-on experience with Azure services, and the ability to lead technical design, mentor team members, and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance services using .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure following Azure best practices (security, resiliency, performance, cost)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices; ensure API versioning, documentation, and backward compatibility
• Work with Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, Service Bus/Event Grid (as applicable)
• Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Implement secure configuration and secrets management using Azure Key Vault and Managed Identities
• Lead technical design discussions, provide architectural guidance, and influence solution direction
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutionsorapplications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. Heorshe is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. Hisorher work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of hisorher software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.Your Profile
• Bachelor’s / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core (Web API)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native patterns
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and API design
• Hands-on knowledge of key Azure services:
App Service, Azure Functions, Storage (Blob/Queue/Table), Azure Service Bus
Azure SQL and performance tuning fundamentals
