Senior Workplace Engineer responsible for end-user device management, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools, ensuring stable operation and user productivity. Provides third-line support, investigates and resolves complex incidents, and leads continual service improvement while executing complex changes and advising clients on best practices. Participates in migrations and infrastructure upgrades, reviews high-level design documents, and evaluates new products to recommend infrastructure solutions. Also involved in assessing infrastructure, maintaining low-level design documents, mentoring teammates, and contributing scripting and automation for service management.

Job Description

Complete management and monitoring of workplace technologies, including end users device management, virtual desktops and collaboration/productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365). 3rd level support, investigating, diagnosing and fixing complex incidents. Drive Continual service improvement plans, execute complex changes, recommend best practices to clients. Actively involved in migrations or infra upgrades, review and contribute in high level design documents, evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions.
