Your Role
- Minimum 8-15 Years total Experience with atleast 4-8 years relevant experience in ITOM Developement.
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Serve as a technical expert in ITOM configuration using best practices (favoring configuration over customization).
- Enhance and develop ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping patterns for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Configure and extend Service Graph Connectors for improved Cloud CI visibility.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of ITOM configuration/integration experience; 6–8 years in CMDB development.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph.
- Strong cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware; experience with Terraform automation.
- Hands-on with Windows/Unix system administration, domain structures, GPO, SUDO.
- Proficient in scripting: PowerShell, Python, Perl, JavaScript, WMI, SSH, Xpath.
