Job Description
1 Architecture Design
Define end to end solution architecture for new applications major enhancements and platform migrations
Create high level and low level architecture documents technical blueprints sequence diagrams integration flows and data models
Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture guidelines security standards and regulatory requirements
2 Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural compliance and technical quality
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and propose robust solutions
3 Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with Product Owners Business Analysts and SMEs to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Coordinate with Infrastructure DevOps Security and Data teams to align technology dependencies
Present solution proposals and architecture decisions to senior leadership and technical committees
4 Technology Strategy Innovation
Identify opportunities to modernize existing platforms and promote adoption of new technologies
Evaluate third party tools frameworks and integration approaches
Lead Proof of Concepts POCs for emerging technologies such as cloud services containerization and advanced integration patterns
5 Governance Compliance
Ensure solutions align with IT security data protection and compliance standards
Maintain documentation repositories and contribute to Architecture Review Boards ARB
Provide oversight for performance scalability and reliability considerations
Job Description - Grade Specific
Experience with Enterprise Architecture and designing distributed systems
Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP including serverless containers Kubernetes
Solid knowledge of database technologies Oracle PostgreSQL MongoDB caching systems
