Job Description
Role: Technical PM GKE GCP
Location- Bangalore/Noida
Exp- 6 to 12 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud and Edge infrastructure implementation.
- Delivered end‑to‑end GCP setups—from discovery to hypercare support.
- Engage with clients/onsite teams for requirement gathering and communication.
- Support documentation: requirement mapping, design, estimation, and Jira workflow setup.
- Mentor offshore teams on Edge/Cloud readiness for staging, deployment, and release cycles.
- Drive automation adoption for streamlined GKE operations and deployments.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Set up monitoring and logging for GKE clusters; lead issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Lead and mentor teams working on GKE; promote continuous improvement.
- Own Jira processes and Agile methodologies across engineering teams.
- Manage daily standups and coordinate cross‑team communication.
- Drive defect closure, ensuring fast‑track solutions when needed.
- Hands‑on contributor with at least one full‑lifecycle GCP project implemented.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, GKE, GCP services, and complex technical environments.
- Familiar with CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with on‑prem edge deployments (retail/manufacturing/telecom preferred).
- Deep knowledge of networking—routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, service discovery.
