Job Description

Role: Technical PM GKE GCP

Location- Bangalore/Noida

Exp- 6 to 12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud and Edge infrastructure implementation.
  • Delivered end‑to‑end GCP setups—from discovery to hypercare support.
  • Engage with clients/onsite teams for requirement gathering and communication.
  • Support documentation: requirement mapping, design, estimation, and Jira workflow setup.
  • Mentor offshore teams on Edge/Cloud readiness for staging, deployment, and release cycles.
  • Drive automation adoption for streamlined GKE operations and deployments.
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Set up monitoring and logging for GKE clusters; lead issue diagnosis and resolution.
  • Lead and mentor teams working on GKE; promote continuous improvement.
  • Own Jira processes and Agile methodologies across engineering teams.
  • Manage daily standups and coordinate cross‑team communication.
  • Drive defect closure, ensuring fast‑track solutions when needed.
  • Hands‑on contributor with at least one full‑lifecycle GCP project implemented.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, GKE, GCP services, and complex technical environments.
  • Familiar with CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with on‑prem edge deployments (retail/manufacturing/telecom preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of networking—routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, service discovery.
