Capgemini is seeking a Windows Active Directory Administrator to manage enterprise Windows environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity solutions. The role involves administering and troubleshooting AD, GPOs, domain trusts, and integrating Azure AD/ADFS for hybrid identity. You will design, deploy, and maintain a complex multi-domain AD environment, including migrations, domain consolidations, trust relationships, and replication strategies. This position focuses on cloud-enabled identity, security, and Windows Server platform modernization within Capgemini's global IT-infra practice.

Your Role
- Expertise in managing enterprise-level Windows environments, Active Directory, and hybrid identity solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain trusts.
- Integrate and manage Azure AD, ADFS, and hybrid identity solutions
- Administer and maintain a complex multi-domain Active Directory (AD) environment.
Your Profile
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- 4-12 years of experience in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
- Architect and deploy multi-domain Active Directory, including trust relationships and replication strategies.
- Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Units (OUs), and access control models.
- Plan and execute AD migrations, domain consolidations, and upgrades.
