Lead and drive reliability engineering across our cloud infrastructure as a Principal SRE Specialist. Design, implement, and maintain highly available systems, incident response processes, and automation to improve service reliability and performance. Collaborate with product, software engineering, and platform teams to define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability, and mentor junior engineers. This role spans multiple Canadian cities (Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver).
