Role Summary:

Multi-functional technical leader, with deep Wealth Management domain expertise, experience across development, architecture and quality engineering disciplines, with specific expertise in deep end-to-end orchestration of OLTP transactions across high volume functions across Wealth Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplished dev leader with strong experience in middleware services, workflow and orchestration.
  • Strong Wealth Management experience (15+ years)
  • Creation of standardized APIs and messaging across Wealth Management systems of records, with eye towards performance, SLAs and resiliency.
  • Track record of integrating across complex systems/companies, modernizing and transforming, and creating a simple target state architecture
  • AI Integration: Drive the adoption and hands-on application of AI tooling to expedite the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for data-related efforts, enhancing efficiency and quality. Hands on experience with agentic AI, and a variety of AI frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in financial services technology, with a strong focus on wealth management data, services, APIs, etc.
  • Integration experience across large company mergers/acquisitions.
  • Accomplished dev leader with strong experience in middleware services, workflow and orchestration, including multiple BPM tools.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management business models, particularly regarding client and account data lifecycles. 
  • Experience with trading systems, portfolio management platforms, or client-facing wealth technology as it pertains to client and account reference data. 
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern infrastructure patterns for data storage and processing. 
  • Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems for building scalable data access layers. 
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and real-time processing specific to client and account reference data.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience 
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in Technology Management, or a related data science field)
