• Planning, installing and configuring NetApp ONTAP (CVO) on cloud platforms (Azure/GCP);
• Ensuring operational stability - monitoring & logging / troubleshooting;
• Installing updates and patch management;
• Adherence to security and compliance requirements;
• Performing customer support (2nd and 3rd level), Change and Incident management;
• Maintaining documentation;
• Working in international team;

• Strong professional experience in NetApp Storage cloud volume ONTAP (CVO);
• Excellent experience with Active IQ, NFS/ CIFS;
• Good experience with Cloud Azure/ GCP;
• Experience with Linux/Unix;
• Customer orientated approach and ownership for assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients’ need;
• Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams;
• Proactive approach to delivering results;
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken German language would be considered as advantage.
