We're looking for an accomplished, forward-thinking senior GenAI cloud engineer to join our GenAI tribe. As a self-motivated developer, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building our GenAI platform and implementing new GenAI use cases across the Group.

As a valued engineer in our tribe, you'll lead the development of our GenAI platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

"You'll be joining the bank at an incredibly exciting time. We're building a GenAI platform using serverless cloud technologies to accelerate the bank's ambitions," says Saad Afzal, Chapter Lead of GenAI.

You will:

• Collaborate with diverse teams to introduce new features, conduct proofs of concept for various use cases, and bring these use cases to production
• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering strictly to the bank's best practices
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure the highest level of code quality
• Identify and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Serve as a role model and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or a related field)
• 4-5 years of industry experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in one or more languages, such as Python, or Go, and related frameworks
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Advanced English skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including the use of GenAI model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, etc.
• Knowledge of enterprise security best practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform

We offer:

This position can be located in either Lithuania or Denmark. If the position is based in Lithuania, the salary range is from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (depending on your skills relevant to the job).
