We are looking for a hands-on senior developer to act as the technical lead, guiding our Cloud Engineers and shaping solutions that scale. Partnering closely with the product owner, you will refine requirements and deliver infrastructure and software that enable core banking processes. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration and hands-on development to drive impact across the Group.
About the project:
You will join one of the highest-ranking initiatives in the Group, implementing infrastructure and software that enable core processes across the bank. This impactful project will help shape the bank for years to come and transform how we design and run IRB models. You will work with large volumes of data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver within an agile programme.
Lead technical clarifications, turning complex needs into actionable designs. Work closely with the product owner to shape requirements and define acceptance criteria. Set technical direction for cloud developers, including patterns and approaches. Design secure solutions that integrate with legacy platforms while progressing towards target architecture. Deliver using AWS native services and .NET/C#, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness. Implement CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
