Overview

Corporate Banking (CB) is a technology centric business, with an increasing move to real-time processing, an increasing appetite from customers for integrated systems and access to supporting data. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to help rebuild the core of some of our most mission critical processing systems from the ground-up. As a Risk Transformation Lead, you will be supporting Corporate Bank Technology Chief Risk Officer and collaborating with senior leaders within the Bank. Your role will be a mix of program management and strategic responsibilities, and you will be responsible for managing regulatory commitments across Corporate Bank technology globally. This will require work with regulatory finding owners across the Bank to understand their remediation plans and identify impacts and dependencies on CB tech.

What You’ll Do

  • Configure/build and continuously improve continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Develop solutions for application infrastructure monitoring and automated release deployment procedures
  • Support and facilitate software development lifecycle of a distributed application responsible for processing high volumes of data, with business critical uptime and throughput requirements
  • Continuously enhance monitoring, alerting, and traceability of the application components
  • Perform configuration of middleware components
  • Facilitate operations of L2 support team

Skills You’ll Need

  • Fundamental understanding and proficiency in Unix/Linux OS, networking concepts, and hardware topologies
  • Fundamental understanding of cloud engineering
  • Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Fundamental understanding of encryption, IT security, and Public Key Infrastructure model
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes/Docker

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Proficiency in Terraform and knowledge of Google Cloud is a plus
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
  • Experience with Messaging services, such as Kafka/MQ
