Your key responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or similar platforms.
  • Implement and maintain Pipeline-as-Code standards and reusable pipeline templates.
  • Support containerization and deployment of microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Actively contribute to on-prem to cloud migration projects, including application onboarding, environment setup, and cut-over support.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Implement and manage cloud identity and access management (users, roles, service accounts, RBAC, secrets).
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates into pipelines.
  • Implement deployment strategies such as rolling updates, blue-green, and canary releases.
  • Monitor pipelines, applications, and infrastructure; investigate and resolve failures and performance issues.
  • Improve system reliability through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvement actions.
  • Maintain documentation for pipelines, environments, and operational processes.

Your skills and experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for microservices deployments.
  • Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Practical experience with on-prem to cloud migration (re-hosting, re-platforming, or refactoring).
  • Solid understanding of cloud IAM and access control models.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration automation.
  • Good Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to write automation scripts in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Strong sense of operational ownership and automation-first mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GCP
  • Experience of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
