What you'll do We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Engineering to lead multiple teams across the US and Bangalore locations and serve as a critical senior leader within the Builders and Partners Engineering (BxP) organization. In this role, you will oversee software engineers responsible for designing, building and deploying end to end solutions that accelerate Enterprise readiness for Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) - you will work with product, partner, research and design teams to address top requirements blocking sales and adoption of strategic IAM Enterprise customers. You will be partnering closely across vertical platform and product teams to enable collaboration and changes needed across IAM product/platform stack for Enterprise solutioning. As a senior leader in Bangalore, you will establish a center of gravity and provide the strategic thinking necessary to maximize the success and impact of Engineering teams. Finally, you will be responsible for attracting key talent and maintaining high performance to ensure BxP remains a best-in-class organization as its presence grows. Responsibility Lead and manage multiple Engineering teams responsible for developing features of business or related technology solutions across multiple product/service lines Hire and mentor top talent while building a solid engineering organization on a foundation of execution, innovation and learning Engineer execution and product delivery while managing the technical debt and upleveling the engineering operational excellence Champion the culture, processes, and tools required to maintain a frictionless high-quality development environment while being an expert at agile continuous delivery, DevOps and TDD/BDD Dive deep into technology and are on the forefront of the latest tools, technologies, and strategies and help evaluate, prototype, and introduce them to our team Provide coaching and leadership in software best practices, automated test strategies, and work toward flattening the cost of change curve for our software products and services Prioritize great user experiences and be a partner to product management and engineering, sales, operations, and other parts of the business Be a hands-on technical resource who directs product and technology teams to conceptualize, build and deploy products in a fast-paced agile environment Lead a geographically dispersed teams - you are an expert at leading geographically distributed and matrixed organizations Champion the culture, processes, and tools required to maintain a frictionless high-quality development environment while being an expert at agile continuous delivery, DevOps and TDD/BDD Provide coaching and leadership in software best practices, automated test strategies, and work toward flattening the cost of change curve for our software products and services Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
