- Design and implement production-grade applications and services, writing code that other engineers will build uponBuild APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications that integrate LLMs and GenAI capabilities into production workflowsDevelop tooling and frameworks that make GenAI adoption easier and more reliable across the organizationDevOps & Infrastructure
- Own the deployment pipeline from code commit to production, including CI/CD automation, containerization, and orchestrationManage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and cost-effectiveImplement monitoring, observability, and incident response practices to maintain system reliabilityApplied GenAI
- Integrate and optimize LLM-based solutions, working with APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source modelsDevelop prompt engineering frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and agent-based architecturesEvaluate and iterate on AI system performance, balancing accuracy, latency, cost, and user experienceWhat We're Looking ForTechnical Foundation

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $92,300 - $112,800 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
