to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

 

 

As an ETAC Engineer, you will:

• Take full ownership of complex technical issues, including:

1. Initial troubleshooting
2. Identifying root causes
3. Resolving issues and ensuring proper communication

• Lead internal escalations and collaborate closely with TAC and R&D teams
• Design and maintain the FortiEDR knowledge base to ensure it remains accurate and up to date
• Provide product feedback and technical insights to internal teams
• Manage internal projects related to TAC and on-premises customers, including:
  1. Training initiatives
  2. Support readiness for new product releases
• Execute DevOps operations to support continuous operations in private and public cloud environments (GCP, AWS)

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

• 3+ years of experience supporting B2B SaaS environments as a Tier 3 Engineer, SRE, or in an equivalent technical role
• Strong understanding of Shell scripting and/or programming languages (Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting endpoint devices — must
• Proven experience working in cloud environments — must
• Knowledge in cybersecurity, networking, endpoint technologies, and scripting — advantage
• Good understanding of endpoint security solutions — advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical orientation
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter who learns new technologies quickly
• Capable of multitasking and working independently under pressure
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
