The head of FXO Distribution is accountable for the delivery of the systems used for pricing and product distribution. This role encompasses people and technical management of the team and associated systems, ensuring both are able to adapt to changing business demands. The role requires strong understanding of the business domain and the ability to drive the future state architecture, working with the head of FX Options technology, Product Owners and the heads of Trading and Structuring. The team operates a DevSecOps model with all members expected to contribute across development, security and operations. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a HK Head of FX Options Distribution. In this role you will: Experience as a lead engineer for multiple projects supporting complex business processes. Successful delivery of front office systems, ideally in the pre-trade space supporting a derivatives business. Ability to work successfully in multiple development languages leveraging diverse technologies. To be successful you will need: Knowledge of FX options. Experience with muti-dealer distribution platforms, their APIs and interaction models. Single dealer platform development and Sales–Trader RFQ workflows. Quant library integrations for pre or post trade operations. DevOps and agile practices. Working in a global team with different cultures. Coaching and mentoring skills.
